What is Alternative Therapy?

Alternative Therapy includes therapies that are not mainstream. Most alternative therapies are built on the premise that any issue in your life, physical or mental, is a result of imbalances in your mind, body and soul. Conventional science has a tendency, especially in medicine, to alienate the body from the mind and soul. Alternative therapies integrate these elements and help in balancing the Mind, Body and Soul. Unlike conventional medicine, it aids in motivating an overall better lifestyle, making you a happier, more fulfilled person. It also focuses on more natural ways of taking care of your body, allowing your body to repair itself, going back to your natural state of being and enjoying a supple, energetic, at-peace body.

Why should I opt for Alternative Therapy?

Alternative Therapies help in generating a sense of well-being and joy, by balancing the energies of your mind and soul, in addition to your body. What do Heal Body, Soul & Mind Healing mean?

Several of our challenges emerge from either mental or emotional aspects of our life that may not be paid heed to. Mind, Body, Soul healing is where a holistic approach is considered – this approach takes into consideration all challenges faced by us at physical, emotional and mental levels, as a whole. E.g. Asthma is traditionally considered an ailment that afflicts the lungs. However, from a holistic point of view, the psychological cause for breathing troubles is seen to be stress, anxiety or even emotional reasons such as grief. In a holistic approach the deeper psychological and emotional reasons would be worked upon to heal the issue at its roots.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Thinkliving does not allow for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. However, if you feel the need to cancel or reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances, please write to us at contact@thinkliving.in and we will see what can be done on a case-to-case basis.
